In an effort to get the blog rolling, the first five members to post to the blog on this site will get paid $2.00 (USD) each. You must have a Paypal account to receive payment. I've opened up the blogging mechanism to allow all members of the site to post in their own blog space on this site. When logged into the site you will see "blog it" links next to each of the items in the "Market News" section. You can also create a blog entry from the "Create Content" link under the user navigation section on the right.
As of 9/20/06 the blog RSS feed is being read by the widget, so if you post any blog entries on this site it will be heard by all widget users. A good way to get your investment ideas and news out to readers/listeners.

Spoken Quote Display
Kudos to the author of Spoken Quotes. I use it everyday to track my stock picks for the week. While I don't use the voice much, the color display, portfolio value, and calculation of multiple stock purchases all are great values... I honestly can't believe its free!
I would say my only suggestion would be to allow a person to view more than 5 stock tickers at one time. The tool provides the ability to hold more than 5 and scroll through more than five, but it would be nice to have them all there on the screen at once.
Again though, considering its a free tool.... it works great, obviously someone put a lot of work into it, and I enjoy its use daily.
