All speech may be turned on or off per symbol, or for the entire widget. To turn on or off speaking for the entire widget click the speech balloon icon in the upper right hand corner of the widget. The balloon will have a red X through it when speech is turned off.

In order to turn on or off speaking of quotes per symbol, click the speech balloon icon beneath the symbol name. The icon will dim when speech is turned off for a particular symbol.

You may also toggle speaking of new news items by clicking the news icon and selecting or deselecting the "Speak news for symbol" menu item. When turned on the news icon will contain a small speech balloon in the bottom right corner.
